Josh Babitz brings over 20 years of combined public sector and commercial consulting and management experience to Trijectory. As co-founder of Daniel Lynn & Company, he established the firm's operational foundation and strategic direction.

His commercial experience spans senior roles at leading management consulting firms, where he has consistently delivered substantial value creation. As a Senior Private Equity Operations Practitioner, he advised executive teams on national and global distribution networks. During his tenure as Manager at Sia Partners, he generated significant synergies through post-merger integration planning and supply chain optimization programs, including leading a major consolidation initiative that reduced a client's production operations from seven facilities to three.

His operational leadership extends to direct management roles, including directing transit operations across the Western United States and warehouse operations within large-scale production facilities. Josh's expertise in data analysis and operational optimization has consistently delivered measurable results across client portfolios.

Josh holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas College of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As a veteran of both the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force, he developed his operational expertise in logistics and inventory management within forward-deployed environments. Josh is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he lives with his wife and two children.
