Vivek Shah brings over 15 years of combined government and commercial management and leadership experience with specialized expertise in operations planning, process improvement, and strategy development. As co-founder of Daniel Lynn & Company, he has been instrumental in establishing the firm's government contracting capabilities and growth strategy.

His entrepreneurial and commercial experience spans healthcare innovation, consumer services, and defense contracting sectors. As Co-Founder and COO of Trauma Brace, he drove strategic partnerships and market expansion for innovative healthcare solutions. As a multi-unit franchise owner, Vivek oversees all aspects of business operations, including build-out operations and comprehensive management. At 2ULaundry/LaundroLab, he built multiple revenue streams and directed new location launches across the U.S., coaching franchisees on business development and processes.

With Draken International, Vivek managed complex relationships with government clients through sales ownership. His military service as an F-15E Instructor and Flight Lead Weapons Systems Officer included developing pilots and officers, consistently exceeding organizational standards, and coordinating U.S. Armed Forces public relations missions involving briefings to senior global diplomats and industry leaders.

Vivek holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel. As a distinguished U.S. Air Force veteran, he was awarded the 2018 Air Force Fighter Weapons Systems Officer of the Year, recognizing his exceptional performance and leadership. Vivek holds a TS/SCI clearance and Six Sigma certification. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he lives with his wife and three children.
